Here are some things I'd like you to be practicing this week:
- Flexibility- sit in those splits! You should now be comfortable sitting in them- not straining at all.
- Posture- practice sitting and walking upright with shoulders back, abs engaged! (*Remember like I said, if you walk around all day with your stomach contracted, you would have a six pack!)
- Head stand control and timing- know your counts!
- Kickline technique- not swaying your upper body, correct turnout, foot placement, and hookup
Please be going over your facials and sound effects. I will be posting some of the main comments we got from judges on the blog. Remember that execution was our lowest scores. I know we can do it ladies! 10 minutes a night will help TREMENDOUSLY! Love ya :)
